"The Lab With Leo" gathers questions and demo ideas from your calls, email, vmail and the message boards. We preschedule phone-in and netcam questions from viewers across North America. Use one of these guidelines to have your tech questions answered by Leo on the air:

Participate during the show
If you want Leo Laporte to answer your question live or if you're trying to reach us from overseas, send us an email question or a vmail. Follow the instructions and we'll try to feature your question on an upcoming episode.

Have a good question ready
What is a good question? One that has universal appeal, usually not error message questions, rather ones that are short enough to be interesting yet broad enough to cover the subject. Like a cute skirt...We like comparison questions and product questions we also like how customize your computer, questions.

Info you'll need to share with us
We'll need the following in order to consider your question for Lab With Leo - name, city, province/state, phone number and your question with as much detail as you can provide.

Forward your tech question to us by filling out our email form. Be sure to include your email address as well as daytime and evening phone numbers so that we can arrange to schedule the live call. Also provide information about your computer question and your operating system. The more info you provide, the more likely we can diagnose the issue.
