Episode #98
Love your show. One of the few reality shows that you actually learn something. My wife and I are starting a small retail boutique and need a strong small business application that runs in Linux. I am big fan of open source although a traditional Windows user. I’ve dabled in Mandrivia and Debian and I appreciate the increased stability and security offered by Linux. As well, who can beat the price of free open source! I’m very comfortable with installing and OS, modifying a PC. Basically I’m a power user and also a chartered accountant. Ironically, I am still having hard time finding let alone evaluating a descent business application. The application should be similar in scope to Quickbooks for instance. It needs to balance month end, prepare monthly financials, write checks, manage payables, etc. Can you help me?
