I have a problem installing drupal everything seems to be text files and i want to make a website. Also my Internet is kinda slow and i want to know if there’s a way to put all my bandwidth in to one program.

Did you read the instructions? Installing Drupal is pretty simple, but you need a web site that supports PHP and MySQL. If PHP support isn’t turned on on your server Drupal won’t run.
