My sister has a hp pavilion comuter and monitor.every time she turn it on the screen will go black.she has to reboot? i have try to put it in safe mode to work on it.she has xp so we use f10 to fix the problem with no luck.i watch your show for years buts this is my first asking for help!

Sounds like she needs to re-install Windows. It might be possible to diagnose the problem but since the system won’t boot at all, start by getting the operating system working. If you can’t install Windows you have a hardware problem - either a bad hard drive, or a video card or motherboard error.
