I am having trouble with my auto-download feature in itunes for certain podcast sites. The worst part is that they are all to do with the twit networks. Do I have to change my settings?
Note: I am also having trouble getting onto twit related web sites.

Apple’s advice, as per the podcast section of their site, is that if you see an exclamation point next to the podcast in iTunes, it’s likely a problem with the podcast feed. You can click on the exclamation point to get more information about the error, though Apple says most of these errors are related to the feed and in most cases an episode is available the following day. Another option is to unsubscribe and re subscribe to the podcast feed. Other things to check…is iTunes set up to automatically download new shows, or is your podcast listing set to manual refresh? By clicking on the triangle next to the podcast feed you can also see if there are new, greyed-out episodes you haven’t received. If there aren’t any new episodes listed, there’s probably a problem with the feed.
