I listen to this particular internet radio station called 3wk.com, wich I love, but unfortunately I can’t listen to it at work, where I’m in front a computer most of the time (they don’t allow us because of bandwith use. So here’s my question: what program can I use to record the stream and make a daily podcast of it (because they don’t have a podcast)so I can load it on my Ipod automatically and easilly (with metadata included ex:song titles).

There are lots of programs to do this but I highly recommend Applian’s ReplayAV. Try it first to make sure it will do what you want.
