Sean’s note: Patience and slow progress are the key here —if you try to overclock too aggressively right off the bat you can damage your components, so you want to adjust your clock speed, voltage, and other parameters in SMALL increments and then testing performance for a bit. Once you encounter instability, back up a step to the last known stable configuration

It also lets you set deadlines for reviewing the document, and keep track of approvals and comments.
