Dear Leo, I’m nearing my wits end. I use Microsoft Outlook, my brother in another Ontario city, uses Microsoft Outlook Express (we both have Windows XP). All my emails that I send to him end up in his junk mail file. Since no other emails I send end up in the recipients junk mail box, I conclude that the problem lies with my brother’s email set up. What would you suggest to rectify his problem? We both have out Internet Security tab set at medium-high. Thanks, Ron

Tell your brother to add your email address to his Outlook Express address book. That should stop the spam filters.
