Are their any programs that can turn my web-cam into a spy cam. also I would like to use wire-less cams. how can i set up that kind of network?

Lots of companies sell cams for this purpose. You might check out the Axis cams, we’ve used these and they work well and don’t require a computer, just power and an Internet connection.
