I job share and need to add a note to emails in outlook for the other person. At the moment I have to print it out and write my note of action or recommendation on it. Is there a way of adding a note to the email so when they open it up it pops up?

Find all the words before time runs out. Remember that the words can run horizontally, vertically, diagonally and even backwards.
