When I try to open an online streaming radio through this website musicindiaonline.com, it checks for Javascript and Firewall and finally gives the results. In my case it says that Ports 554 (Real player) and 1755 (Windows Media Player) cannot be accessed. Sometime back I could get the thing working, but now I get the above firewall message. Can you please help me out ? Thanks.

You need to implement something called Port Forwarding - when traffic comes in via those specific ports your router won’t block it, but instead send it to the proper computer.
