Why did Kevin and Jeff create Tiki Bar TV? They are two friends who always made films together since they were kids, and loved the idea of making their own show for a small audience.
Seeing Rocketboom prompted the moment they decided to make their own show.
The desire to make the show was more important than the concept when they started - there was no concept. The show evolved as they kept one thing in mind "How is this going to be different content from properly produced television which is readily available ?". Shag (Josh Agle - Shagmart.com) is an influence on the show’s tiki style.
They think about the audience constantly through the process.

On a laptop, Windows Vista enables the new Windows Mobility Center panel that gives you a snapshot of all the tools you’ll need to manage mobile computing. It includes the following:

-Sync Settings: In Vista Ultimate or Vista Enterprise sync with network folders
-Presentation: Push the screen out to a presentation device
Another new Vista feature that’s very useful for laptop owners is a called "Network location". It’s a setting in the Network and Sharing Center (NSC) that allows you to specify sharing settings when connected via Wi-Fi. Click on Customize next to the "Network" area in the NSC and select Private or Public. Private turns on all your file sharing features so it’s easy to swap files and share printers on your local network. "Public" turns off these vulnerabilities and should be used when you’re at a public hotspot.
