Now on my iPod they run nice and smooth with absolutly no problems. Also on my Laptop they run smoother but not as quite as smooth as my iPod. Could you help me please?

Your machine doesn’t have enough horsepower to keep up with the video. It could be a fould be a fragmented hard drive, or just one that’s too slow. A CPU busy with other things can also cause problems. And if you have a low amount of RAM in your system, you’ll want to upgrade; having only 256 megs in your system will definitely cause this problem. Bump up to one gig or more now that RAM is cheap.
