I recent;ly had my technician replace my fried motherboard. He recommended I make IE7 my default browser as it is greatly improved and, in his opinion, more secure then Firefox. Can you comment?

Internet Explorer 7 is, in fact, much improved, and much more secure, especially on Vista. I think it’s as safe as Firefox now and if you prefer it you should use it. I have become dependent on many of the extensions in Firefox so I continue to use both.
