I have office 2007 which includes Access would it be easier to use this to create a Database or are there more appropriate programs available

Access is probably overkill for what you want to do. If you want to learn database programming and design, go ahead, otherwise I’d get one of the many pre-made DVD/CD/Book collection database programs.

The Boynq Alibi is designed to do the job of both these components… not only is it a speaker with built-in microphone, but press on the top and up pops a 1.3 megapixel USB webcam which tilts and swivels. To be fair, the speaker quality isn’t the best you’ll find, and it’s a bit frustrating that the speaker/mic portion requires analogue connectors instead of hooking to the computer via USB.
