Dave Shea is an independent Vancouver-based web and graphic designer who created the CSS Zen Garden in 2003. He wrote The Zen of CSS Design (New Riders, 2004) and is currently involved with bringing Web Directions North a web design and development conference to Vancouver for the second year running.
