Joshua Paul

Josh began developing programs early. At 12 he wrote an invoicing package for the TRS-80 for a Vancouver film company. After studying cognitive science at Simon Fraser University he joined Canada Computer Paper Inc., publisher of The Computer Paper. He quickly rose through the ranks to become Manager of Information Services where he was responsible for over 70 desktop computers and a dozen servers, across five cities in Canada. He developed a system that allowed editors to put their work directly onto the Internet and to schedule when it would appear on the web site. In 1998, he began HomeBase Internet Publishing Ltd, with a partner to offer web hosting and development services. In 2002, his partner retired and Joshua started Neo Code Software Ltd. Since then, he has managed on hundreds of database and web-related projects, specializing on web site automation for associations, publishers, and manufacturers.
